How does Biolectrix Prostate Cushion and Donut Cushion improve Prostate Health?

Reducing Pressure – The cushion shape with an optimized center hole takes pressure off the prostate. The pressure placed on the prostate due to extended periods of sitting is a principal factor in poor prostate health. In order to improve prostate health, the first step must be too remove any excess pressure placed on the prostate. This design not only removes pressure from the prostate and pelvic floor, but also leaves the prostate area open and ventilated. Biomagnetism (Prostate Cushion only) – Magnetic fields have their own magnetic energy as can be seen when placing iron filings are in the presence of a magnet field. The magnetic dipoles tend to align their axes to be parallel with the magnetic field. The strength of the magnetic field is measured in Gauss, a measure of the magnetic flux density and in Tesla, a measure of the overall magnetic flux penetrating a certain area.

Where can I use the Biolectrix Prostate and Discreet Donut Cushion? Is Car Use ok?

The Biolectrix Prostate Cushion can be used in the office, while sitting and working on a computer or at home while dining or watching TV. Due to its thinner wedge shape the Discreet Donut Cushion is well suited for car use, such as extended periods of driving. In fact it is well suited for helping with pain during long times of sitting in the car (e.g. professional drivers).

The Biolectrix Prostate Cushion and Donut Cushion is not well suited for the outdoors, as the top foam layer should not get wet. However, it can be used in a pinch even while sitting outdoors, as the bottom layer is made of water resistant closed foam and its ok to get it a bit moist. Just don’t get the top wet.  

Is the Biolectrix Prostate Cushion safe?

The Biolectrix Prostate Cushion is perfectly safe. However, it does conatin a very strong magnet and thus any safety rules with regards to magnets need to be observed. Do not use the product, containing a magnet, if using a pacemaker, implanted medical device or insulin pump as they may interfere with the delicate electronic equipment. Magnetic products are not recommended with trans dermal patches, during pregnancy or patients with hemorrhoids. Do not sit on the cushion with exposed skin as the heat patch may cause burns on exposed skin.

Do not place any electronic devices such as laptops or cell phones on the cushion as the magnetic field may damage those articles.  

Is the Biolectrix Prostate Cushion comfortable to sit on?

We do think so! Special emphasis has been placed on making the cushion comfortable while maintaining full functionality. The harder bottom layer provides the right support and structure and the soft top layer provides comfort. Best is to try it out.  

How long and how often should I sit on the Cushion ?

You can’t sit on it too long. Just make it a rule to use it while working or driving for several hours and you will start experiencing effects. Using the cushion only once in a while will probably not have a big effect.

Can I use Biolectrix Prostate Cushion as a replacement for Prostate Medication or Therapy?

No, the cushion is not a replacement for prostate medication or any medical therapy. The statements with regards to the Biolectrix Prostate Cushion have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, mitigate, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The Prostate Relief Cushion is designed to provide relief when sitting over periods of time, as a complement to any prescribed therapy. Anyone experiencing health problems should consult with a health care professional before using this product.  

How does the cushion work best for me?

The cushion is designed to work for men with different weights and sizes. Typically larger men site a bit more forward, whereas smaller built men sit more towards the back. You can adjust the free space under your prostate by moving forward or backward on the cushion. The more forward you sit, the more space opens up beneath your prostate and then more you move back, the les free space and the more support you will get. Just try it out.  

What is the Biolectrix Prostate Cushion made of? Can it be washed?

The cushion is made of two foam layers and a 80% cotton cover. You can take the cushion cover off and wash it at low temperature. The foam layers, specifically the top layer, should not be exposed to water and get wet.  

How durable is the Cushion and foam?

The patent pending cushion is made of two foam layers using high quality material. The bottom layer, made out strong closed cell foam is extremely durable and provides structural support. The top layer, made of softer foam material for comfort, will hold for two years or longer, depending on the level of usage. In conclusion the cushion is a durable and lasting product and will hold much longer than any competitive product on the market.  

How does the Return Policy work?

If you are not satisfied for any reasons, you may return the cushion in its ORIGINAL and RE-SELLABLE CONDITION within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please email us at support@biolectrix.com to set up a return. We will issue you a Return Authorization number and provide return delivery information.

All items shipped back to us must have a Return Authorization number to be accepted by our receiving department. We will refund the purchase price (product price and any applicable tax) less shipping charges and less any applicable restocking fee of 10%. You will be responsible or charged for the return shipping costs. Biolectrix LLC reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. You can expect a refund within 15 days of our receiving your returned product.

Please include a copy of your original invoice with any return item. If you do not have a receipt make sure you include your Name, Address, and Phone Number, and the name of the person who purchased the item.

All items must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork, parts and accessories to insure a refund. The returned cushion is subject to inspection to ensure that the cushion is in its ORIGINAL and RE-SELLABLE CONDITION and any defects or damages, are not due to misuse or unauthorized alterations.

We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).
